Re: Parish Logo Contest 

 

Dear Parishioners, let us join together and celebrate the New Year of 2020 with a Parish logo. This logo/symbol will identify us as the uniquely wonderful and historic Parish that we are. The winning logo will appear on all stationery for the parish, such as letterhead, envelopes, the bulletin, tee shirts, souvenirs, banners/posters, our Website, Facebook and Instagram. This logo will also be used for all official purposes regarding St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish.

 

How can you participate? 

  1. Design a logo. Take care to ensure that your entry is original work, and does not contain, nor look similar to, existing logos or other copyrighted images. 

  2. Not artistic? Not a problem! Provide a comment or suggestion that could embolden the designers  and pray for them..

  3. Please pick up a logo contest envelope with an entry form and number (no names will be revealed). Entry envelopes will be available after each Mass or they may be found in the Parish office. 

  4. Please place hard copy of artwork in the envelope provided, accompanied by a completed entry form at Mass or the Parish office on or before November 17, 2019. 

  5. Entry must include an original hard copy or printed copy, or a data file copy saved as a jpeg or PDF file.  

  6. The winning design will be selected by a paper ballot vote after each Mass on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Each Parishioner shall submit a single vote for their favorite logo design. Father Banka and St. Patrick’s Parish Welcoming Team will count the votes and the winner will be announced December 1, 2019 in the Parish Bulletin.

  7. All submitted artwork will become the sole property of St. Patrick’s Parish.

 

 

Thank you for participating in this exciting event in our Parish. We will proudly start using the winning logo on January 1, 2020.
